Creating content that engages
I worked within the CRM department. We built user journeys for different targeted segment groups. To make sure that they were provided with the most essential & important content at the right time during their unemployment. Through data and click rate we converted it into insights so we could adjust the content. To make sure that the users have all their questions answered at the right time and know what to do in certain stages.
I Facilitate and oversee the day-to-day operation and ensured internal team ceremonies are executed. Set, implement, and continuously improve the way of working within the team. Optimize knowledge sharing within and across teams and strive for an innovative, forward-thinking culture. Working together with the manager in redefining and realizing the vision, strategy, and plan for the area of responsibility. In the UX department, I also worked on developing new products to make sure to enhance the experience of the many customers.
Pitching the checklist
This is a video that I edited in order to spread my idea to many within Arbetsförmedlingen. This idea got picked up and I together with my team built this checklist. This checklist is placed inside of “My pages” and the user also receive this as an email letter when they are signed up at Arbetsförmedlingen.
