I'm a creative thinker who loves to work with people. I think titles are a bit tricky and sometimes limiting, especially in the digital area where things change faster than ever, but my passion for people, communication, agile thinking, and strategy made me start working as a User experience Designer. If I would describe myself in three words I would be Forward thinking, Problem-Solver Extraordinaire & Mr. Go-getter.
What do I bring to the table?
I like to create structure, apply analytical thinking, and love bringing everyone along the journey. I'm an experienced workshop facilitator who's always eager to learn more about tools and methods. I've learned that good results come from open dialogues, dedication, and a BIG pinch of playfulness. I see myself as a ball plank that is not afraid to take the idea a step further.
The goal of my leadership is to bring the group from start to finish through planning and careful scheduling, all to generate structure and security in the process. Through experience, I’m always adjustable to change and embrace it fully.
